How a Bill Becomes a Law

I knew some about how Bill became laws before reading this article.  I did know that they had to go through both houses of congress and 1st needed a majority vote.  From there, they either were accepted by the governor/president, or vetoed and went back to get a 2/3 vote to still become a law.  What i didn't know was all the pre-requisite work that went into the bills, like adding numbers and forming committees to actually write the thing.

Overall, I found this article to be very helpful in making the bill designing process easy for normal, non-polictical people to see.
